About Me

Who am I?

I am a management consultant and personal competence trainer specializing in leadership development, organizational culture, and ethics, and integrity management. I help leaders and HR professionals create ethical, high-performing workplaces.

My experience includes:

  • Advising and competence development of private and public sectors leaders.
  • Curriculum developer, educator, senior trainer and trainer of trainers  
  • Designing, facilitating, and leading multi-stakeholder organizational development processes and projects.
  • Serving as an international development consultant, with professional experience in 17 countries.
  • Working as a coach, team coach, mentor, and mediator.
  • Holding a PhD, and working as a university lecturer, with numerous professional and scientific publications to my name.

What can I offer?

I design and deliver complex leadership development programs and specialized training sessions, and support change processes drawing on over 30 years of international experience and a broad professional background.

Working languages

I work in English, Hungarian and German, but I also speak Italian and French.

I never use off-the-shelf solutions—every program is new and unique. Drawing from my deep, structured knowledge and a broad methodological toolkit, I select the approaches that best fit the specific challenges of each company and group. I integrate my work into the organization’s broader operating system, helping partners find organic paths for development or design alternative solutions. To achieve this, I combine modern international practices with my own decades of experience.
