Time commitment

  • 3-4 days of training, with four 90-minute sessions per day.
  • Alternatively, 2-3 intensive modules (1.5 days each), which can be scheduled on weekdays or from Friday afternoon to Saturday afternoon, or over a weekend.

Ideal training environment

An interactive space with bright lighting and flexible, movable furniture for dynamic group work. A dedicated off-site venue is recommended for full immersion, though in-company training rooms can also be used.
